Revenue Generation
ZEEP makes its base income by the generation of tolling revenue or rental revenue through fuels produced by the efficient, reliable and clean conversion of coal, petcoke, biomass and waste into higher value fuels.

- Additionally ZEEP will earn trading revenue through its Energy Center trading activities that include: gasifier spare capacity to provide additional products to multiple end users, control hub services supply and demand to add efficiency into the transportation of feedstocks and products, and to hedge/trade a wide array of products.
- ZEEP will earn licensing revenue from any license issued by PWR upon completion of the first commercial demonstration plant.
- ZEEP will generate additional licensing revenue by sub-licensing the PWR gasification technology in areas where it has preferred rights.
- ZEEP will build company value by retaining a carried interest in projects where it will participate in Energy Center expansion and creating new Energy Centers.
- ZEEP will generate revenue from annual payments for access to technology and operations improvements, user groups, technology forums, and intellectual property relating to the operations of gasifiers and energy centers.
